MyBill Tech Portal serves as an internal assistance system for field technicians.
Challenge
The system is concurrently utilized by online support teams and on-field support personnel.

- Establishing goals and objectives
- Conducting stakeholder interviews
- Structuring Information Architecture
- Designing user flows
- Developing wireframes
- Creating low-fidelity prototypes
- Executing high-fidelity designs
- Conducting user testing and iterating user flows based on feedback from the field
- Building UI from scratch using Bootstrap
What are the goals of the project?
To develop a ticketing system for the online team and on-field support team that enables simultaneous use by both parties.
